Our Task
Developed a groundbreaking web-based platform WalkBike.Info “Your hyper local, one stop shop for people who walk and bike” for each of the grant recipients. The fully responsive website encourages use of the existing facilities as well as being a tool to develop new plans. Work focuses a number of communities and one county:
Detroit – focusing on transforming Rouge Park and Cody Rouge Neighborhood
Grand Rapids – with an emphasis on the south side of town and access to regional trails
Roseville – identifying a near term nonmotorized network and promoting walking in city parks
Eastpointe – promote walking in city parks
Center Line – online promotion and outreach
Lenawee County – outreach of existing resources though a web-based platform
