Tri-County Regional Trails Plan

A regional trail planning effort to establish a pathway trunk line through the region, connecting to existing trails such as the Fred Meijer Clinton-Ionia-Shiawassee Rail Trail, Paul Henry-Thornapple Trail, and Mike Levine Lakelands Trail to the Lansing River Trail. The project builds on TCRPC’s 2022 regional pathway trunk line effort and will produce a final route recommendation, feasibility analysis, preliminary engineering work, and documentation for future TAP construction funding applications, along with a Playbook summarizing lessons learned and project processes.
